The original Mac Mini Intel has two memory slots. It is preloaded from the factory with two 256mb DDR2-667 SO-DIMMs. Memory must be installed in pairs, so in order to upgrade, you will remove those two original 256mb modules and replace them. The system maximum is 4GB in the Intel Core2 Duo Models.
