Getting your order to you quickly and easily is important to us. Here are a few simple steps to check the shipping status of your order:
1) Check your email and locate your USPS or UPS tracking number. You will have received the email as soon as your product shipped (generally within one business day of placing your order.) The email would have come from email@example.com.
2) If you chose USPS shipping, click here and drop in your tracking number. You will get some very basic tracking information that the US Postal Service provides. If you chose UPS, click here and put in your UPS tracking number. You will receive detailed info on the status of your package. Or simply type your tracking number into a Google search bar and you’ll be taken to the right place.
3) If you’re still not clear, give us a call at 1-800-831-4569 from 9AM to 5:30PM CST or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll track it for you and give you an update.
