Policies: Hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Central Standard Time UPS Overnight and UPS 2-day air orders for in-stock items that are received by 3pm Central time Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day (Holidays excluded). UPS charges $12.50 to change delivery addresses on packages that are already in their system. This charge will the responsibility of the customer. UPS Cannot deliver to a PO Box, and will require a physical address. All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Any alleged shipping discrepency reported more than 72 hours after delivery will NOT be acted upon in any way by Ramjet. Prices are final at time of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Order cancellations after the ship date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items canceled are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In the event that an incorrect price is listed due to a typographical or other error, Ramjet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. All shipments are subject to availability. Returns for refund or exchange will not be granted after 30 days from the original delivery date. No special discounts of any sort (incuding educational, or other) are available on sale items. Product photos on the Ramjet website are representational of the type of RAM that you will receive, but the apppearance of your actual module may vary. Payment Options: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express accepted. C.O.D. is accepted with payment by certified check. Purchase orders accepted from qualified corporations, educational and governmental institutions.
