Same day shipping for UPS Overnight and UPS 2-day Air orders for in-stock items that are received by 3PM CST Monday through Friday (holidays excluded.)

UPS cannot deliver to a PO box and will require a physical address.

Address corrections for UPS after the ship date are $10.  There is no address correction for USPS orders after ship date.

International shipping charges include all brokerage fees, but do not include taxes or duties assessed by your local government.

Prices are final at the time of purchase.

Ramjet reserves the right to refuse any order.

Product photos on the Ramjet website are representational of the type of RAM that you will receive, but the appearance of your actual module may vary.

Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any alleged discrepancy reported after 24 hours will not be acted upon.

Returns for refund or exchange must be completed within 30 days of the original ship date.

Returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders cancelled after the ship date are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special orders canceled are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To return, replace, or exchange an item, you must call us for an RMA number first.
