We're dedicated to getting your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. That’s why we've partnered with both the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS so you can choose what works best for you.
US Postal Service is the economical route and will get your package to you safely while saving you money. It may take a touch longer than UPS and will only provide limited tracking information.
Keep in mind, all carriers may run into the occasional delay. If you need a package guaranteed by a certain date, we recommend UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. USPS Priority packages are an estimated 2-4 business days, not guaranteed. Shipping refunds cannot be issued for orders shipped via USPS due to delays in delivery.
UPS will be faster and provide more detailed tracking data, but costs a bit more. Below are our rates and policies. Shipping Policies
Ramjet offers same day shipping for UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air orders for in-stock items that are received by 3PM CST Monday through Friday (holidays excluded.)
Saturday UPS delivery is available in some residential areas for a surcharge; please give us a call at (888) RAM-JET1 so our customer service team can set the service up for you.
UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box and requires a physical address.
Address corrections via UPS after the ship date are $10. Address corrections via US Postal Service after the ship date are not always possible and will cause a substantial delay.
Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any discrepancy reported after 24 hours will not be acted upon.
* Free USPS First Class shipping for order over $99.00 in value. Otherwise, we charge $3.50 for packages weighing less than 0.8 lbs (13 ounces).Â
** International shipping charges include all brokerage fees, but do not include taxes or duties assessed by your local government. International delivery estimates do not include any customs inspection delays. Furthermore, any orders being sent to a freight forwarder in an attempt to evade duties will be canceled and refunded without warning.
