The original Mac Mini Intel has two memory slots. It is preloaded from the factory with two 256mb DDR2-667 SO-DIMMs. Memory must be installed in pairs, so in order to upgrade, you will remove the two original 256mb modules and replace them. The system maximum is 2GB in the Intel Core and the 1.83Ghz Core2 Duo.
