The iMac Model ID 10,1 and 11,1 have a system maximum of 16GB.  These iMac models are also known as the iMac Late 2009.

1066 vs. 1067? The correct name for this memory is DDR3-1066. But since it runs at 1066.66Mhz, the Apple System Profiler reports it as 1067Mhz.

Non-Stacked IC's: Ramjet uses a non-stacked module for the DDR3-1066 module for the iMac. The cheaper stacked IC variety of SO-DIMM draws more power, which increases heat and can cause increased errors. Ramjet ONLY uses premium non-stacked chips.
