The Mac Mini or PowerMac G4 has one memory slot, which holds a single DDR400 184pin DIMM. In order to upgrade, you will have to remove the currently installed DIMM, and replace it with a larger module. The system maximum is 1GB with the installation of a single 1GB DDR DIMM.
